Definition

Malignancy in the liver
- Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)
  - Usually occurs in a cirrhotic liver
- Fibrolamellar carcinoma
  - Tends to occur in young adults without underlying cirrhosis
- Hepatoblastoma
  - Tumor of infancy
- Angiosarcoma
- Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
  - Borderline malignancy; most cases are benign
- Metastatic tumors
  - Occur from multiple types of primary cancers
